By accessing the Website, booking an appointment, or opting in to SMS messages, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Use of the Website and Services

You must be 18 years or older to use our services.

You agree to provide accurate information when booking appointments or opting in to communications.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

2. Appointment Booking

All appointments are scheduled in good faith but are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments with reasonable notice.

No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may result in restrictions on future bookings.

3. SMS Text Messaging Program (TCPA & CTIA Compliance)

Our SMS program is transactional only (appointment confirmations and reminders) unless you separately opt in to promotional messages.

Program Description: You may receive 1–2 SMS messages per appointment for confirmations and reminders.

Via web form checkbox (non-pre-selected): "I consent to receive SMS appointment confirmations and reminders from Your Texas Land. Message frequency: 1-2 per appointment. Msg & data rates may apply. Confirmation SMS sent immediately, requiring "YES" reply to complete opt-in.

We do not charge for messages.

Carriers not liable for delayed/undelivered messages.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payments processed securely via third-party processors.

Refunds issued per posted policy or law.

We do not store full credit card information.

6. Prohibited Activities

No unlawful use, hacking, interference, or data harvesting.
